The Smithy.
A charming room, part of the original old stone barn, with a double bed and single sofa bed. There is just about space for another single child bed or cot. The room has a wood fired stove and its own shower room en suite with WC. The Smithy is entered through the hall. These is a low doorway giving access to a small private barbeque yard.
We are able to offer a selection of nearby Cottages and studios where you can self cater and book and pay for your riding and carriage driving or meals taken at the Lodge separately. These properties are all owned by our niebours or our grooms and are within a five minute drive from the stables. They range from a basic studio to a beautifully restored stone cottage with 2 double bedrooms. Just contact us with your requirements and we can let you know prices and availability.

The Groom Room.
An annex to the Stone Barn, there is a small sitting room with a log fire stove and 2 single sofa beds with 2 small steps up to a double bedroom.
The Bunkhouse.
Next door to the Smithy, part of the original 18th Century Stone barn, with 4 beds. Their is a WC and hand basin but the shower facilities are across the yard. The bunkhouse is entered through the hall , which has a comfortable lounge area with Log fire place TV and wireless internet access.
There are no self catering facilities in these rooms.
Relvinha an independent studio apartment in the grounds of a kennels about 5 minutes drive from the stables and with distant sea views. There is a double and single bed and space for a cot, a small galley kitchen and outside shower and wc.
Ford Cottage, just a 10 minute walk down the stream from our stables this superbly furnished 2 bedroomed semi detached farm cottage with kitchen and bathroom has delightfully shady gardens shared with the NewZeland owner from the niebouring cottage, how can often be persuaded to put on an excellent barbeque supper.ust a 10 minute walk
Round House, is found on the other side of the valley across the stream and has been imaginatively restored by the German owners. Forming part of a larger farmhouse this independent annex has 2 bedrooms with bathrooms linked by an enclosed circular terrace.
